Sounds of Ireland March Break week 2026! Families enjoyed five days of hands-on activities inspired by Irish culture, including fairy houses, St. Patrick’s Day crafts, Irish music and dance, rag doll making, and illuminated letters. Thank you to everyone who joined us for a creative and lively week exploring Irish traditions together.

Programs
The Goulbourn Museum offers a range of programs for all ages. To book a program, call us at 613-831-2393 or view our contact us page for more information.
Please book your program at least one month in advance to give us time to prepare the best experience possible!
School Programming
Costumed interpreters are happy to make classroom presentations and offer an interactive and hands-on artefact discussion. We will also play our popular artefact memory game!
Classroom presentations are by donation.
Youth Programming
For community groups such as Scouts, Girl Guides & home-school students, we offer an interactive & hands-on artefact discussion, a craft and an assortment of games & activities.
Youth programs cost $4 per participant.
Seniors Programming
Programs are offered at the Museum as well as offsite in seniors’ homes and community centres. Programs include a historical presentation and a hands-on artefact discussion that allows participants to examine the artefacts & share personal experiences.
Seniors programs are by donation.
