The Goulbourn Museum has a new History Centre! The Museum’s collection of community publications and reference materials is now available for public use during the Museum’s open hours: Saturday & Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the summer). The library is also available outside of these hours by appointment. Contact [email protected] to reserve your time.
Staff facilitated research services are available by appointment and can include research, imaging, documentation, and the delivery of material via mail or email if necessary. A fee of $25 per hour (paid in advance) is required for this service. This financial contribution supports the Museum’s library and collections and allows us to provide ongoing research services to the public.
We would be happy to assist with your research! Please call 613-831-2393 or email: [email protected]
If you are doing genealogical research, the Goulbourn Township Historical Society (GTHS) history files are accessible, for free, at the Stittsville Branch of the Ottawa Public Library. Simply ask someone at the main desk to help you.
