Become a Vendor at our Outdoor Christmas Market

Goulbourn Museum is accepting applications for its Old-Fashioned Christmas & Outdoor Artisan Market. The Market will be held on Sunday, November 22nd from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. at 2064 Huntley Road. Deadline for applications is September 27, 2015.

We are currently seeking talented vendors selling original handcrafted items to fill 15+ positions in a variety of specialties such as: clothing and accessories (for kids, adults & pets!), bath and body, toys, home décor, Christmas greenery, art, textiles, treats, and baked goods.

In addition to the outdoor market, this annual family event also offers festive Old-Fashioned Christmas activities including a children’s station for writing letters to Santa, Old-Fashioned photos with Santa and charming old-world entertainment.

Note: The artisan market takes place outdoors in an enclosed tent. Vendors will be responsible for dressing appropriately for the cold weather.

HERE’S HOW TO APPLY:
Send an email to marketing@goulbournmuseum.ca with:
• Your name
• Your business name
• A short description of your handmade goods
• Contact info and business site(s) (web/blog/facebook/etsy)
• A minimum of 3 quality photographs of your product(s) including 1 photo of your booth set up (Jpeg only, please). If selected as a vendor, your photos may be used at our discretion to advertise the show.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
This is a juried event. Vendors will be chosen carefully to ensure a balanced representation of each category.
Applications will be accepted by email only.
Deadline for applications is September 27, 2015
Only complete applications will be considered.
Acceptance letters will be emailed no later than October 2, 2015 and will include a contract for you to sign and return with payment.

FEES & REQUIREMENTS:
Space rental is $45 and includes one 6’ table and two chairs.
Vendors are required to provide one handmade item valued at a minimum of $10 for a fundraising raffle. Each vendor must provide a table covering to fit the table provided.

If selected, fees must be paid and contract received no later than October 9, 2015.

Please do NOT send payment until you have received a notice of acceptance.
