Our Team

Donna Keays-Hockey: Executive Director

Donna retired from the Goulbourn Museum in January 2013 after 17 years. We wish her every success in this next stage of her life. Donna joined the Museum in 1996 and held a variety of positions from Curatorial Assistant to Executive Director. Before Goulbourn, she worked eight years at library & Archives Canada. She holds a B.A. in English from Carleton University and a Certificate in Advertising and Promotion from Algonquin College. As Executive Director Donna was responsible for the overall operation and management of the Museum.

Kathryn Jamieson (Ward): Curator-Manager

Kathryn began working at the Museum in 2008 and hasn’t looked back. She graduated from Applied Museum Studies at Algonquin College in 2010, and from Crafts and Design at Sheridan ITAL in 2004. Kathryn has experience in the arts and management, and has volunteered in a variety of roles with many Ottawa-area museums. At Goulbourn, she is responsible for collections management and artefact conservation, administration and human resources. Kathryn can be reached at kathryn@goulbournmuseum.ca

Tracey Donaldson: Education & Community Programmer

Tracey has been with the Museum since 2007. She completed a double major at Carleton University in Art History and English Literature and has also completed a Masters Degree in Scottish Studies at the University of Edinburgh. Tracey has experience in art galleries and in summer camps, which prepared her for developing and delivering public programs, workshops and special events, as well as creating new and interactive exhibits. Sue Woodford: Marketing & Visitor Services

Sue joined the Museum in September 2012. She studied Photojournalism at Loyalist College and worked at the Kanata Kourier-Standard newspaper for 8 years. Following a freelance career in communications she managed the creative services for one of Ottawa’s top real estate teams. In 2012 she received her post-graduate certificate in Interactive Multimedia from Algonquin College. She is responsible for marketing the Museum’s activities and assisting with events and public programs. Sue can be reached at marketing@goulbournmuseum.ca
